my diet for the last three weeksTillbaka till toppen

On wednsday I have eaten like this for three weeks:

0900: breakfeast not more than 300 kcal
1200: lunch not more than 400 kcal
1900: dinner not more than 400 kcal

although most days its probably been a total of 900 kcal or less.
I hope i can keep this up!
it takes 21 days to make a diet a habbit and in three days that will hopefully come true for me!
